File Exchange Explained

Using the new Client File Exchange and Quick Chat system

I am excited to introduce my new custom file exchange and messaging system. Below you will see the 4 main sections and how you login and get to your personalized page.

Login

Find the Log In or Log Out links in the menu. If you are not logged in you will only see “LOG IN” and vice-versa. After logging in you should automatically be redirected to your User Files area.

Files Page

If for some reason you are not redirected to this page, a “User Files” menu button will appear. Click to enter your custom, personal User Files area.

Section 1: Your Files

The top area, “Your Files,” is where you find content we post for you. You can download single files or groups as a zip.

Section 2: Upload Area

This is where, if needed, you can send files to us. These can be anything related to projects or work we are doing together.

Section 3: Upload Archive

See a list of all files you have posted for us over time. We tend to clean this area up about every 6 months.

Section 4: Quick Chat

This is our custom messaging app built into your account. If you are logged in, messages will appear here in real-time. If you and/or the admin sends a message and the other is logged off or not responding, an email alert will be sent within about 1-2 minutes.
